In a heartfelt talk, endocrinologist Norman Spack tells a personal story of how he became one of the few doctors in the US to treat minors with hormone replacement therapy.

Dr. Norman Spack, a medical advisor to the TYEF Board. Dr. Spack is a Pediatric endocrinologist at Boston Children's Hospital, and a co-founder of the Boston Children's Hospital Gender Management Service. Dr. Spack is known internationally as a specialist in the field of intersex and trans pediatric medicine.
